This workshop dives deeper into the core practices of Holacracy™. Attendees will experience Holacracy™ in action; participate in governance and tactical meetings; gain hands-on practice in a simulated organization. Time will be reserved for Q&A with experienced Holacracy practitioners, as well as for networking with trainers and fellow participants.

Schedule for both days:
9:00 AM - 12:00N, Morning Session
Participants will be on their own for lunch.
1:00 PM - 5:00PM, Afternoon Session

Since this event was organised on short notice, we cannot offer a refund on cancellations. Instead, a voucher will be offered which can be used to attend a future Holacracy event. Substitutions are welcomed, however.

About Brian Robertson
Brian RobertsonBrian Robertson serves as a Board member and trainer for HolacracyOne and the CEO of Holacracy-pioneer Ternary Software, an award-winning provider of outsourced software development and process consulting services. Ternary ranked among the 50 fastest-growing privately held firms in the Philadelphia region for three consecutive years, in addition to being recognized as one of the world’s most “democratic” workplaces, and one of the region’s best places to work. Mr. Robertson is known internationally for his work pioneering Holacracy; he frequently teaches and speaks at conferences, occasionally as a keynote, and his published writings have been translated into several languages. His background in software and organizational leadership spans many roles; he began programming at age six, and launched his first software-related business at age twelve.
